Orders due with payments at the Troop meeting on October 28. No payment, no order. Please check the math, you can use the attached online order form.

Wreath packets were distributed at the Troop meeting on September 23. Packets contain glossy brochures, order forms, Minneapolis solicitor licenses, etc. Scouts who need a packet can pick one up at the next troop meeting.

The wreath sale basically involves pre-selling wreaths to your friends and neighbors. In addition to scouts selling individually (door-to-door with supervision or calling around), you are encouraged to make arrangements to sell at your place of worship or another organization to which you belong.


Full payment for all items you are ordering is due when you turn in your order sheet. The money turned in must match the total amount listed on your order sheet. Money is collected at the time of sale, not at delivery (i.e., all wreaths must be paid for in full when we order them from the supplier).
Checks should be made to Troop 1. If someone writes a check in the name of the scout or their parent, please aggregate these and write a single check to Troop 1. Cash is acceptable. Online payment for mail-ordered wreaths is separate than in-person wreaths that Scouts deliver.


Delivery will be on Nov. ___ Truck arrives at 8:00. Orders will be available for pickup 9:30-10:30am at ____.

We need scouts to be there early at 8:00 am to help unload the truck and sort & build all the orders - Troop and Pack. 
It is not going to be a self-service line. Orders will be picked and built on-site (done by scouts). 
Orders will be double-checked and marked (done by scouts).
Then orders will be triple checked (and initialed) at load out by either an adult leader, in charge. No order leaves the parking lot without adult approval.   

If you are not able to attend, you must make arrangements with somebody to pick up your order. 
You will need to make arrangement to pick up all of your items during our delivery window as we do not have storage. 

All items should be delivered by Thanksgiving.

Mail Order

Mail Order (online sale) is a great option for selling to out-of-town friends and relatives. Use the Troop 1 Evergreen Order Form attached below. Fill out and return with wreath sales packet by Oct 21. Mail Order buyers may pay online.

This form may be emailed to prospective buyers so they know what is available. Please note that the prices are different for these items than for those hand-delivered, the difference being shipping costs.
  • Items will be shipped in late November directly from the wreath manufacturer.
  • For each item sold that needs to be shipped, please complete a separate mail order sheet (the forms that were enclosed).
  • Pay here and include both the buyers name and the Scout being supported in the 'note to merchant' box.
  • For each item sold that needs to be shipped, please complete a separate mail order sheet.
  • If a remote customer has paid by card, turn in the mail order form for that customer and indicate on it “Paid via Credit Card”
    (that card payment needs to be received by 10/22, or the item won’t be ordered).
